Our online educational platform will allow you a self-guided tutorial experience through different aspects of applying Procreate to your design work. This three Module course guides you through the most fundamental aspects of the Procreate app. At the end of this course, you should feel comfortable with the main functions of the program and feel prepared to tackle more complex rendering challenges.

Your first activity is to gather your supplies!

Our curriculum centers on using Procreate exclusively which is only available to use on an Apple iPad. Yes, we realize this will exclude those using Microsoft products, as Procreate only works for Apple iPads. However our mission is not to teach an exhaustive array of techniques, rather, we aim to teach folx a first-step toward discovering your own artistic style within a new medium.  Therefore, in order to access this course, you will need the following technology:

• iPad: All current iPad models are compatible with the Apple Pencil and Procreate app. We recommend an iPad Pro or iPad Air. 
• Apple Pencil: Generation 1 or 2, depending on iPad model compatibility. 
• Procreate App: Downloadable from App Store.
• Additional Apple Pencil Tips: You can buy a 4-pack on Amazon from the Apple Store. You may use many tips as you get started so be prepared.

You should plan to watch the content from a separate device so you can follow along, as appropriate.  However, downloading files is best done directly on your iPad from the course portal.
